Return and Exchange Window

Pretty Okay Prints accepts returns and exchanges when the request is made within 14 days of item receipt. Please include your order number, contact email, and a short message so we can locate the purchase and help quickly.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Submit the request form on this page or contact us at prettyokayprints@gmail.com.
2. Include your order number, contact email, and whether you want a return, refund, or exchange.
3. We process return and exchange requests within 5 business days of receiving the request and will reply with the next steps.
4. If the item needs to be sent back, pack it securely and use the return instructions we provide.
5. After an approved returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method or exchanges are arranged based on your request.

Condition and Exceptions

• Returned items should be unused and in their original condition.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the 14-day window with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Timing

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the request. Payment providers may take additional time to post an approved refund after we issue it.
